- Check in at the VIP Reception located to the right of the main entrance next to Will Call.
- For complimentary valet parking, follow the signs to the Frankenstein Valet garage entrance. A parking attendant will provide a valet ticket.
- Persons (18+) must show a photo ID. Verification will take place (when required) based on theme park attendance and staff capacity
- This ticket is not valid at Universal Orlando Resort
