To maximize your experience, start with high-demand rides like CraZanity and Apocalypse early in the day to avoid long lines. Stay hydrated with a refillable water bottle, and take breaks in the Boardwalk area for food and shopping. Review the park map to plan your route and ensure you don’t miss any attractions.

Some attractions and experiences within the park may require an additional fee. Be sure to check the park’s website or app for information on any extra charges before your visit.

The park only accepts card and mobile payments for all purchases, including tickets, food, retail, games, attractions, and rentals. If you only have cash, you can convert it to a prepaid card at one of the kiosks located in the park.

The One-Day Ticket is valid for general admission only and cannot be used for private events or special functions. Check the park’s schedule for information on any private events that may affect park access.

If you lose your smartphone ticket, contact customer support immediately for assistance. They can help you retrieve your ticket or provide guidance on how to proceed with entry.

Duplicating your ticket will result in its revocation without refund and possible ejection from the park. Ensure that you keep your ticket safe and do not make copies.

You can get a full refund if you select a refundable ticket during checkout and cancel by 11:59 PM the day before your visit. Please note that rescheduling is not possible for this ticket.
